Orders and returns
We remind you that all our products are handmade and therefore their small inaccuracies are part of their uniqueness.
Upon receipt of the products we ask you to immediately check the status and conformity of the products themselves. We are not responsible for any damage caused to the goods by the carrier / courier nor for the loss of the package by the latter. If you wish we can make an insured shipment, the cost of which (to be paid by the buyer) will vary according to the value of the goods.
If I encounter any problems with your purchase, contact us within a maximum of 10 days of receiving the package and illustrate your requests with an email or via whatsapp (3715800414). We will be happy to help you.
The goods must then be returned in their original packaging, always within 10 working days of receipt of the same, at the expense of the consumer.
It is the customer’s responsibility to properly pack the items so that they arrive at us in perfect condition.
We will refund the total cost if the return is caused by our error or if the goods have obvious manufacturing defects.
You can exercise the right of withdrawal only on condition that the products are returned intact, not worn, not damaged, without any sign of use. Having all the tools available to assess the actual integrity of the product and the reliability of the customer’s request, we reserve the right to deny unreasonable changes.
Customized products cannot be returned at the express request of the customer or with engravings, size changes, modifications in general.
